Technical Director
Barry Hannah
Barry has worked in the Information Technology field for almost 25 years. In his role as Technical Director, Barry uses his wealth of experience and knowledge to assist business growth for RedDoor’s customers through the implementation of managed IT services. He leads the technical team with acumen to ensure that customer problems are solved, and the highest quality of service is maintained.
Outside of the office, Barry’s passion for football sees him attending Fulham matches with friends and family where he has been a season ticket holder for many years, he also loves helping out at his daughter’s local Under 12’s team. Barry likes to keep fit and healthy by either going to the gym or riding his bike.

Operations Manager
Kirsten Taylor
Kirsten, a key player at RedDoor for 6 years, seamlessly manages various roles, including Operations Manager, Personal Assistant to Mark Deragon, and handling Accounts. Recently venturing into a fitness journey, she’s traded office steps for gym reps, embracing fitness with the gusto of a workout warrior. Kirsten’s dedication to the gym mirrors her commitment to excellence in the workplace.
Her love for travel and shopping underscores an adventurous side that complements her professional acumen. Tony Deragon
Tony is an accomplished Account Manager with nearly 7 years of experience, six of those as an integral part of the RedDoor IT family. Tony combines his technical expertise with a deep understanding of client needs. He ensures seamless communication, timely solutions, and personalised support. His commitment to excellence and client satisfaction has made him an invaluable asset to the RedDoor team.
When Tony isn’t managing accounts, he enjoys spending quality time with loved ones. You’ll often find Tony at the pool table perfecting his billiards skills or the golf course. Simon Tarry
Technical Engineer Simon has been part of the RedDoor IT family since 2017. He plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our customers’ IT infrastructures. Simon is not just a problem-solver; he is a pro-active thinker who creates solutions to optimise efficiency, enhance security and promote scalability.
Simon is a coffee enthusiast with an unapologetic sweet tooth, always opting for that extra dash of sugar to kickstart his day. In Simon’s spare time, you’ll often find him immersed in the virtual realms of Baldur’s Gate 3, where he navigates through epic adventures and strategic challenges. Music also holds a special place in his heart, as he is an avid fan of the Beatles.

Kevin Zheng
Kevin, who is part of our talented team of Service Desk Engineers, is a tech enthusiast with a profound love for computer components. He joined the RedDoor IT team in January 2020. His work plays a crucial role in providing customer satisfaction through the implementation of long-term solutions and improvements. His world both inside and outside of work revolves around motherboards, graphics cards, and the intricate details of electronic devices. Kevin’s exceptional memory is his superpower, allowing him to absorb and recall information effortlessly.
Beyond the realm of technology, Kevin is on a cinematic quest. In his free time, he meticulously works his way through a list of films he’s yet to see. Whether it’s classic gems or contemporary masterpieces, Kevin approaches each movie with the same enthusiasm and attention to detail that defines his exploration of computer hardware.

Nyron Browne
With no professional experience within the IT industry, he took a leap of faith leaving his previous job to start his career within this line of work.
Outside of working, Nyron has numerous hobbies that he likes to indulge in, whether it’s playing games at home or going to the park with some friends to play basketball. He’s also a health enthusiast who loves calisthenics and sticking to a strict diet to enhance his progression.
Nyron also loves to make videos and listen to music. He also makes music, as it allows him to explore his creative side and he finds it quite relaxing and therapeutic.

Senior Service Desk Engineer
Matthew Laker
Matthew began his RedDoor IT journey in January 2025.
He loves the variety in his day-to-day work, with each project bringing its own challenges and enjoys finding effective and long-lasting solutions to client’s issues. While this is not always easy, Matthew relishes the challenge.
Matthew’s role includes serving as an escalation point for ongoing customer projects while also helping to support escalated customer tickets, ensuring they receive the best service possible, with efficient solutions to their problems.
His top skills are Intune and Cloud computing, (Azure/Entra).
Outside of work, he loves watching all kinds of sports, his favourites being Formula 1 and Football!

Gordon Walker
Our leadership team are always open to new ideas, including redefining their roles and responsibilities as part of our business transformation over time.
Gordon is experienced in making effective interventions through coaching and mentoring in IT outsourcing contracts in the UK and internationally.
In the last few years, he has established his coaching and mentoring practice working alongside companies, individuals and charities going through transitional change, so the RedDoor IT is a perfect fit for his comprehensive and diverse skillset.
In his spare time he enjoys nature photography, scuba diving and is an avid traveller!

Sales Account Manager
Jack Novell
His key skills are people management and problem solving, perfectly suited for his role as Sales Account Manager.
Jack loves the diversity of duties in the role and continues to learn every day.
His day-to-day duties include processing emails, taking care of our customers, and monitoring our sales queues and tickets to ensure our clients receive the best service possible.
Outside of work, Jack loves playing golf. While relatively new to the sport, he is improving over time and just loves getting out there and playing. He finds it beneficial to his mental health, as it allows him to let off steam from a long, productive day in the office.

Marketing Manager
Stephen Ruberry
With a strong background in digital marketing, he brings experience in all facets of his field, including copywriting, content creation, web development, marketing strategy and e-mail marketing.
His day-to-day duties involve carrying out marketing strategies, managing online content, analysing campaign performance, and ensuring RedDoor IT’s messaging reaches the right audience.
Outside of work, Stephen leads an active lifestyle — he enjoys going to the gym, traveling, reading, trying new foods and spending quality time with friends and family.

Technical Advisor
Gary Johnston
In his role, he helps customers navigate technical pathways, making the most of their existing software, and exploes emerging technologies like AI. He has been working on AI projects for three years and is currently developing “Mabel,” a helpful AI assistant.
His day-to-day duties involves applying his broad IT expertise to assist customers and working on AI innovations that can benefit small and medium businesses.
Outside of work, Gary enjoys spending time with his family, particularly cooking vegetarian meals for his wife and daughter—his signature dish is Butternut Squash Risotto. He’s also an avid reader and a keen runner, taking part in half-marathons regularly and having completed multiple marathons.
His main skills include a strong IT background, AI expertise, problem-solving, and a passion for making technology accessible and beneficial for businesses.
